We care about our clients' happiness. We are happy to include our Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan with every Grandiani purchase because of this. Most jewelry is covered by our plan, which guards against normal wear and tear. It does not, however, cover situations in which the item is misplaced, inexplicably disappears, or sustains damage that is not typical of normal wear. The warranty only covers the item itself for engravable items; user-specified customisation faults are not covered. There are no refunds or transfers for this service.
