If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and free from damage. All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be included.
  3. Custom Orders: Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Grandiani does not provide prepaid return labels for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been resized, altered, or customized post-purchase.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective).

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at info@grandiani.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value. Any price differences must be paid at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Contact Us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
